Bella Celebrations offers Full Production Service, Wedding Day Director Service, and an Hourly Rate Consulting Service.


Full Production Service

Bella Celebrations will coordinate every aspect of your wedding, beginning with an introductory meeting for us to get to know one another and discuss your wedding vision.

Trust is important in any relationship. You should feel completely comfortable with your coordinator and feel assured that we completely understand your needs. Our personalities should match.

From there, we will work with you to:

  • Create a realistic wedding budget
  • Comprehensive venue search: coordinate site inspection appointments and accompany you on appointments
  • Create and maintain a wedding planning checklist: a week by week calendar of your meetings, action items, and due dates
  • Research and recommend vendors; coordinate appointments and accompany you on appointments as necessary
  • Advise with reception design and décor
  • Review and confirmations of all vendors and confirmation of all vendor contract details
  • Coordinate accommodations for out of town guests, including room blocks
  • Help with coordinating rehearsal dinner/next day or weekend events
  • Coordinate transportation for out of town guests or group travel needs to events
  • Coordination of final walk through at ceremony/reception sites to determine layout and setup
  • Develop ceremony and reception logistics and floor plans
  • Develop a detailed wedding day timeline for distribution to all vendors and the wedding party
  • Coordinate the rehearsal
  • On-site coordination of wedding day:
    • Inventory and take responsibility of wedding day items (programs, menus, seating and/or escort cards, unity candle, yarmulkes, Ketubah, guest book, pen, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc)
    • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries on site
    • Oversee all vendors during the entire event
    • Work with service providers to insure proper setup of ceremony and reception
    • Assist with set up - ceremony items, seating cards, menu cards, toasting glasses, cake cutting set, favors, guest book, gifts, special touches, etc
    • Work with musician/DJ/Band to go over sound checks and music cues for ceremony entrance, reception grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc
    • Line up and cue ceremony for processional and recessional
    • Manage the flow of the wedding day (guest arrival to ceremony, processional, photos, arrival to reception, arrival to dinner, dancing, cake-cutting, toasts, departure, etc)
    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to service providers
    • Gather any personal items remaining at the end of the event (gifts, cake servers, toasting glasses, left over programs, guest book, etc) for distribution to appropriate individuals
    • Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract


Wedding Day Service

Bella Celebrations will provide:

  • An introductory meeting to get to know one another, discuss your wedding vision and where you are in the planning process
  • Referrals to available and appropriate vendors as needed
  • Site inspection as needed
  • Assist with reception design and décor
  • Review and confirmations of all vendors and confirmation of all vendor contract details
  • Coordination of final walk through at ceremony/reception sites to determine layout and setup
  • Development of a wedding day logistics, including timeline and floor plans, and and distribution of timelines to all vendors
  • On-site coordination of your rehearsal and wedding day, including:

Hourly Rate Consulting Services

If you just need a little help getting started, or need some advice along the way, Bella Celebrations can assist you with those tasks you just can't find the time for: finding the right location for your wedding ceremony, researching caterers within your budget, locating the right florist or baker, helping to design invitations or wedding programs, and much more! Consulting services can be arranged via phone, email, or person to person.
